Toro Soccer Club for Girls

Toro Soccer Club offers all U10 Academy players a specialized program that focuses on 7 skill/objectives that will increase individual ability and maximize player’s full potential. As this is the last age group before entering the Toro Select program, it is important for all players to be prepared and ready to move forward. The Toro Academy works towards installing players with the correct fundamentals and confidence that will contribute to their future success.

All Toro coaches follow the U10 Developmental Curriculum to create a fun, positive learning environment. We believe that this approach maximizes the development of each individual player, promotes team play and enhances each player's love of the game.

Fundamentals are stressed at this level with a goal of each player developing the proper technique to dribble, pass, receive, shoot and defend. Strong fundamentals at this level will provide a platform for the future.
