Toro Booyah conceded a goal with 6 minutes left in the second overtime. With 1 minute remaining Booyah pushed everyone forward on a set piece opportunity. After a 3 shot scramble in the box the ball was eventually cleared giving Carmel a breakaway from Midfield. Booyah's Center Back caught up with the striker and got her off balance however she snuck the ball past the GK and off the post to seal the victory.

Carmel United beat KCFC Force to win the Region II U Girls Championship.
