Azzurri Tournament
Toro Impact kicked off the 2010 Fall season with an appearance in the finals of the Azzurri Tournament. Impact opened with a dominant 6-0 victory over OFC-Argentina. Impact had to regroup quickly to play a fresh Toro Sol team, but came up short in a 2-0 loss. The girls rebounded on Sunday morning by defeating Gretna La Verde 3-1. Impact and Sol met for a rematch in the championship game. Although Impact dominated on both sides of the pitch throughout the game, it proved to be not quite enough as they fell 3-2. Congratulations Impact on a great start to the season!!
